Late September 300 + Sharks Landed In Deira, U.a.e
Dateline 11th October 2013.
SCS has just been made aware of footage on YouTube showing a large (300 +) display of sharks in Deira market in late September. The majority are hammerheads and blacktips and the Society would be very interested if anyone could provide more information e.g. catch location, catch method, was this one landing or several, catch date, were the sharks later finned, what species were present, etc. etc.?
